KARATE PROGRAMS

LITTLE FIST

(Ages 4-7)


Our Little Fist classes builds foundational skills in a fun with a purpose setting that promotes future martial arts success by developing social skills, promoting taking turns, developing respect for others, and covering stranger danger and how to increase situational awareness.

JUNIORS

(Ages 8-12)


The Juniors classes provides a great atmosphere that develops martial arts skill, self confidence, and self defense capabilities. Classes include  a focus on building tactical skill, physical endurance, and mental determination. Other benefits include a strong emphasis on the importance and development of personal character through an appropriate age/peer group training environment focused on developing situational awareness.


TEENS & ADULTS

(Ages 13 & Up)


Our Teens and Adults classes provides a great atmosphere that develops martial arts skill, confidence, and self defense capabilities. Classes include a "Train as you fight" focus that builds skill, physical endurance, and mental determination.

In the Teen & Adult class, there is a greater emphasis placed on the mastery of tactics, techniques, and the proper application of self defense concepts - as well as creating a deep understanding of situational awareness and the nature of social / asocial violence.

EAGLES

(Ages 8 & Up)


Our Eagles program is for the cognitively delayed using a modified curriculum, smaller class size, and additional instructor assistants.

The Eagles program focuses on balance, coordination, body awareness, crossing mid-line, memorization, building physical strength, confidence, and is a great form of physical/mental exercise and physical therapy.
